We were involved in this one-off new build home after planning permission stage and were responsible for leading and developing the complete technical design and coordination with the onsite construction team.
This was a scheme full of complex details such as full wrap around timber cladding, seamless glass links, natural stone cladding, cantilevered opening glazed corner windows, and a detached swimming pool building formed out of waterproof concrete with deck level pool.
