Interior refurb, ALDERLEY EDGE

The client purchased this property in South Manchester after a lacklustre renovation. Acting as Project Architect, David helped transform this into a beautiful home. 

A new double height entrance hall was formed to create a sense of arrival, the lounge was separated off to give this more privacy and help create a new study/music room to the rear of the house. The open plan kitchen and dining was rearranged to make better use of the space and create a seating area which flows directly into the garden. A new master suite was formed with dressing room and ensuite, along with a loft conversion to create additional bedrooms. 

David helped to design and coordinate a full interior fit out package which provided a stunning timeless backdrop for the client's personal collections from years of travelling. New smart features such as integrated tv and audio aswell as a balanced gas fire brought modern living comforts. Externally, a new automated sliding gate fits in perfectly to the character of the house.
